I read your post this morning when I was still undecided on what to make for supper and looked Julius’ book up on Amazon per your recommendation. As serendipity would have it, a few recipes were shared in the preview photos, so I took a screenshot and we ended up making his Pasta Diavola with Burrata & Basil. A total hit with all 6 of us. Of course I had to then order the cookbook so I could dog-ear that recipe and so many more, I’m sure. Can’t wait. His recipes appeal to all of my senses! Yum! And so beautiful. This was just the nudge I needed to lean into my cookbooks a little more. Thank you! 🫶🏼
I'm so happy to hear this, Jessie. I think you'll love Julius' cookbook. He's got a lot of meat recipes in there, which don't resonate with us, but the veggie ones are great. And it's just a beautiful cookbook in general (and he's the cutest guy to follow on Insta too!). xx
I was a vegetarian for almost 15 years before kids, so those are what appeal most to ME, and what I like to make for the family when I can get away with it ;) but it’s good to know there are some meat recipes, too :) Looking forward to it!

Well... Michael is a good cook, but one thing he's not is tidy!! So there are plenty of 'compliments' on our cookbooks! :)
